Shahed Khalili
Chief Product Officer
Shahed began his career in tech during the dot-com boom in various roles, with a couple of entrepreneurial ventures along the way. For the past decade, Shahed led the product management and design teams at Galvanize, where he played a key role as the company transformed from offering audit analytics and continuous monitoring services to becoming a SaaS unicorn, specializing in a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform. This platform earned the leader positions in Gartner MQ and Forrester Wave reports.

VP of Customer Success
Matt joined Boast in 2014 and has been focused on leading and growing the company’s customer team ever since. He has deep R&D tax expertise and has been responsible for developing Boast’s claim preparation processes and R&D tax service offerings. He has a background in software development and is an expert in both the Canadian and U.S. R&D tax credit programs.

Sonny is a strategic financial leader who brings over 20 years of professional experience in FP&A, accounting, process optimization, and corporate development. He has a strong background in several industries including Aviation, 3rd Party Logistics, and Technology. Sonny lives in Vancouver, Canada, and when not working he enjoys relaxing with his wife and two children.
